Hi. I'm Rebecca, but prefer Beki.
I've always believed there's more to wellbeing than simply treating symptoms. I've been fascinated by holistic therapies for as long as I can remember, and Reiki was the one that really captured my heart.
In 2014, I began my Reiki journey, completing my First Degree in October, Second Degree in March 2015, and becoming a Usui Reiki Master in September 2015. Then introducing Karuna ®️ and Imara reiki.
Since then, I've continued to learn and grow, training in sound therapy, sound baths, gong baths and tuning fork therapy. Which includes acupressure with tuning forks, biofield cleansing, rebalance with tuning forks to name a few.
What never stops amazing me is how our bodies respond to energy, sound and vibration. Everything is energy, and it's incredible to see the sense of calm, balance and relaxation these therapies can bring. It fills me with gratitude every time someone leaves a session feeling lighter, more peaceful and more like themselves.
My treatment room is a safe, welcoming space where you can pause, switch off from the outside world and simply be. Whether you're looking to relax, rebalance or reconnect with yourself, every session is tailored to you.

Reiki
USUI - KARUNA - IMARA REIKI.
Curious about Reiki and how it could help you feel more balanced, relaxed and reconnected?
From traditional Usui Reiki through to the deeper Karuna and Imara, each treatment offers a gentle space to pause, reset and simply be.

Tuning Fork Rebalance
A deeply relaxing sound and vibration treatment designed to work with your energy field and your chakras.
Using three specifically chosen forks - Triple OM 136.10hz, Weighted Triple OM and 528hz - the vibrations are gently introduced into the auric field before working through each chakra.
Feel the vibrations. Quiet the mind. Create space to reconnect and rebalance.

Acupressure with Tuning Forks
A unique blend of acupressure, sound and vibration, using Weighted Triple OM tuning forks on specific acupuncture and acupressure points throughout the body. Working with the body's meridian lines and chakra system.
The vibrations can also be applied around joints and muscles.
To finish, unweighted Triple OM tuning forks are used around the auric field, creating a gentle, relaxing treatment to help you feel grounded, balanced and reconnected.

Biofield Cleanse
Your biofield is an energetic blueprint surrounding and interconnecting the body. A Biofield Cleanse uses different tuning fork frequencies to work through the field, chakra by chakra, gently sweeping from the outer edge towards the body.
The vibrations are used to identify areas of energetic tension or imbalance and encourage the release and movement of what may feel stuck or stagnant.
Its a deeply relaxing treatment designed to help you feel more centred, grounded, and balanced, while giving your mind and body a chance to slow down and reset. And can give a feeling of being 'lighter'.
Please be aware that this treatment may cause extreme tiredness for up to a few days after.

Tuning Fork Facials
Fancy trying something a little different ? A non-invasive, deeply relaxing facial combining the benefits of Tropic Skincare with the gentle sound and vibration of tuning forks.
Your treatment begins with a facial of your choice (see price list) using Tropic products, followed by a gentle massage of the face using Weighted Triple OM tuning fork.
Next 111hz crystal tipped forks are then used on specific acupressure points across the face, before the Weighted Triple OM is used on points on the head, neck and down the spine.
The gentle vibrations may help encourage circulation and blood flow, stimulate the skin and support a fresh, healthy-looking glow (hopefully banishing some wrinkles!) - leaving your skin feeling beautifully soft and you wonderfully relaxed!
It's not just about your skin..... it's a reset for mind, body and senses too.

Sound Baths
Lie back, get comfortable and let the sound and vibrations of crystal singing bowls wash over you!
Using a a beautiful collection of chakra-inspired crystal singing bowls, each producing its own unique tone and vibration, a Sound Bath offers time to switch off from the outside world and simply be.
The sounds and vibrations can create a deeply relaxing experience, helping to quiet a busy mind, encourage a sense of calm and leave you feeling grounded, refreshed and rebalanced.
Never experienced one before? No problem. Just get comfy, close your eyes and let the bowls do the talking.
